Wings of Compassion-Houston Airports hosts ​the ​annual Scholarship Luncheon​. Each year Wings of Compassion-Houston Airports awards scholarships to ​persons in the Airport Community who are pursuing higher education. ​Airport employees and their immediate family members are eligible to apply. ​The Luncheon also benefits individuals in the Houston Airport Community by assisting in times of catastrophe and need.

HOW TO APPLY

The criteria for applying for the scholarship is as follows:

  • Individuals (or dependents) employed in the Houston Airport Community
  • Individual​s​ who volunteer their time and energies to serve in the community
  • Individuals who are currently enrolled in College, University or Vocational Trade School
  • High School Seniors (dependent of Airport Employee) accepted at College, University or Vocational Trade School

You will also need to include with your application:

  • Two letters of recommendation from community organization leaders, teachers, etc.
  • Individuals (or dependents) employed in the Houston Airport Community
